"L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche du pont de Rialto et de la place St Marc, puis facilement accessible par les moyens de transports. L’accueil est irréprochable avec un personnel dévoué et sympathique. Notre chambre (luxe) était calme, confortable, finement décoré et conforme aux photos du site internet. Le petit déjeuner reste classique mais satisfaisant. L’hôtel nous a proposé gratuitement par bateau taxi ( à l’aller) de visiter un atelier de verre à Murano."
