The 2026 Venice Carnival adopts the theme Olympus – At the Origins of the Game, in dialogue with the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics. The program connects classical myth, Venetian tradition and the cultural meaning of sport. Carnival becomes a collective reflection on play as urban ritual and shared practice.

At Museo Fortuny in Venice, Antonio Scaccabarozzi. Diafanés explores the diaphanous as a spatial and perceptual condition.
